Please allow 2-4 weeks for orders to be processed, crafted and delivered. All shipping is done though the USPS flat rate shipping by size.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Although we at Kerrie’s Creations, LLC strive to provide our clients with all natural products, we understand that issues may occur with allergies to certain products and that the consumer assumes all responsibility upon purchase. Returns are available only if product arrives damaged or broken from shipping or manufacturing defects. In these instances please return item with documentation of the date received and condition of product upon receipt. Q: Does Kerrie’s Creations, LLC use any preservatives in their products?

A: Yes, we are required by FDA and consumer regulatory practices to keep our products free of yeast, mold, bacteria, and other items which may be harmful to the consumer. We have used the minimal suggested amount of preservatives with no adverse effects noted to date.

Q: Can I custom order my products with a specific color of my choice?

A: Yes. We love doing custom orders and enjoy the variety of fragrances, color, glitter, packaging and even base materials requested by our customers.

A: Custom orders take longer to receive because they take longer for us to make and for us to ensure that you are getting exactly what you are requesting we may need to contact you during the crafting process, in case of questions or issues that may arise.

Q: Does Kerrie’s Creations, LLC provide tracking numbers on items shipped?

A: Yes. Once your items ship via USPS you will receive an email notification that will include your tracking number and a list of items that were shipped.

A: Currently we ship using USPS flat rate priority mail boxes and items are shipped by size of the order.

A: Yes. We offer gift wrapping, tagging, and shipping as an option to our online shopping cart. Please feel free to use these services.

Q: I have skin allergies to many bath and beauty products; do you have any products without dyes or fragrances?

A: Yes. Our All Natural products can be made dye and fragrance free. You should have your physician advise you if any of the oils, butters, or additives may cause you to have a reaction.

Q: I received some of your All Natural products that are dye and fragrance free, but I noticed that they have an off white color and a slight scent. Are they really dye and fragrance free?

A: Yes. Although we do not add dye or fragrance to our All Natural product line, the carrier oils, butters, and additives have a naturally occurring tint and fragrance that is not lost or removed during our crafting process.

Q: Are all Kerrie’s Creations, LLC products considered all natural?

A: No. We do have an All Natural line which contains no fragrance or colorant but we also carry products with wonderful natural and synthetic fragrances and use mica pigments for colorant. All of which are FDA approved for use in cosmetics.
